Refund policy

These are stainless steel, double wall, vacuum insulated tumblers, that include lids  -- sure to keep your favorite drink hot or cold for hours. Epoxied tumblers should be treated like glass, the epoxy can break if dropped! Hand wash ONLY! Not microwave or dishwasher safe.

Because these items are handmade and customized for you, no returns or refunds will be accepted outside of 3 days post-delivery. Please remember all items are completely handcrafted with REAL, premium quality loose glitter, and as with all handcrafted items, slight imperfections can exist. These do not take away from the beauty and/or functionality, however they do add character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. Most rough spots will wear off with use. Custom tumblers take approx. 7-10 days to make once your order has started processing. Please be patient as tumblers are hand made.
